Bret, trying to convince me to stay up to all hours of the night to listen to Piper’s biographical talk on C.S. Lewis.

About Rachel

Most importantly, I am saved by grace through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. He is more than enough to satisfy my heart. In His abundant goodness, I am also delighted to be a wife and mama. I work at home and enjoy spending most of my time caring for my husband, 2 sons and new daughter. I also try to squeeze in some creativity, coffee, chocolate, and good books.

  1. Rachel,
Did you listen to it? If not, I think I’ll have to be on Bret’s side and encourage you to do so- it’s wonderful! Hope ya’ll are well!

  2. I did listen to it. I wanted to listen, I just didn’t want to *start* it at 10 at night, when I usually go to sleep. I did really enjoy it. I think Piper did a good job of pointing out what is fruitful and unique about Lewis (the things I love about his writing).

  3. Haha!!! Nice! I listened to it on CD while Grace played around. I didn’t catch all of it (obviously), but did enjoy what I heard.
