What I am enjoying these Days

  • The ESV study Bible~ I’m not much for study bibles, but this one has been encouraging and enlightening to my soul.
  • Luke, of course~ He is getting so active, crawling everywhere, and starting to pull up on things.

  • Pansies~ Bret’s Oma bought us some when she was here in December, and they bring color and cheerfulness to the brown-ness of winter.

  • Homemade kolaches with a cup of coffee.
  • Shepherding a Child’s Heart by Tedd Tripp
  • My blue cardigan
  • Being at home and getting everything in order for the semester
  • The body of Christ~ I missed Sunday gathered two weeks in row because Luke had a cough, and it was so sweet to be with believers again last night.

About Rachel

Most importantly, I am saved by grace through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. He is more than enough to satisfy my heart. In His abundant goodness, I am also delighted to be a wife and mama. I work at home and enjoy spending most of my time caring for my husband, 2 sons and new daughter. I also try to squeeze in some creativity, coffee, chocolate, and good books.

  1. Rachel,

Coffee Cup Communications is a publicity and communications firm specializing in new media promotions. As a part of our services, we run blog tours which feature new books (and other products) on blogs related to the book’s topic. We are currently seeking participants to blog about the parenting book, Journey of a Strong Willed Child, by Kendra and John Smiley. In reviewing your blog, we thought some of your readers might be interested in this topic.

You can find a full summary of the book and information about the authors at http://kendrasmiley.com.

This tour will run from February 9-13. As a participant in the tour, you will receive a free copy of the book to read and review. In return, you are asked to post about the book on any day during the tour. You have full flexibility to create a post that matches the tone and style of your blog. We will have interview questions, a media release, author bios, and photos up on a centralized website and available for you to use. Or you can also post your personal review of the book. You are not obligated to write a positive review, although we ask that you remain respectful toward the authors.

Please let us know if you are interested or if you have any other questions by January 26. You can also review our website for other examples of tours at the address listed below.

Thank you for your time and consideration. Please let us know your thoughts.
