Reformation Celebration

Every year, our church hosts a Reformation Celebration. Its a time to celebrate God’s faithfulness in preserving His church, especially through the reformers, like Tyndale, Luther, and Calvin. There are all kinds of exhibits, games for the children, and good food. This year, little Luke got to dress up.

Added: My husband posted a summary of one of the messages that we were blessed to hear during our celebration. This one explains the five “solas” that characterized the Reformation: Sola Fide, Sola Gratia, Solus Christus, Sola Scripture, and Soli Deo Gloria. Go check it out!

About Rachel

Most importantly, I am saved by grace through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. He is more than enough to satisfy my heart. In His abundant goodness, I am also delighted to be a wife and mama. I work at home and enjoy spending most of my time caring for my husband, 2 sons and new daughter. I also try to squeeze in some creativity, coffee, chocolate, and good books.

  1. How neat! Luke looks so cute =). We still on for Thursday? If it’s nice outside still, we could meet for a picnic somewhere–
